Both masters of the way of the sword, and both
extreme fighters with a lifetime of experience. Kenshin
is a wandering samurai who used to act as an assassin
known as the "Battousai" for the Japanese government that helped bring about the Meiji Era. He quit the order and became a vagabond. Years later he joined up with people in a dojo and became involved in a fight to free Kyoto from new Battousai. Kenshin trained in
a lost art of swordfighting that is known only to him
and his master. He uses a reverse-blade sword in his
firm belief of not killing anyone. Jack is a samurai
from fuedal Japan who as a child had his homeland
taken over by the demon Akoo. Jack trained for years all around the world learning various fighting styles to finally return to slay Akoo and reclaim his
homeland. He was given an ancient sword that originally
sealed the demon away, but during the battle Akoo
tricked him and sent him into the future where Akoo is
now lord of the Earth with an army of mutants and
robots at his disposal. Jack must find a way to stop
this evil and return to his own time. Kenshin and Jack
are both practically equal in swordfighting, although
Kenshin have some techniques that only he has
mastered. Jack on the other hand has knows dozens of forms of fighting and combined them into his own brand of defense. Kenshin's sword is just a regular one, where Jack's is magical and cannot be broken. Even though Jack has fought the forces of Hell itself, Kenshin has taken on those claiming to be the Messiah. Who will win? Only fate will decide!
