Ablities: As an android, Seventeen has the advantage of no one being able to sense him and never tiring out.
History: Seventeen doesn't remember much of his life as a normal human before Dr. Gero made him into a deadly and powerful android. But he does know that Eighteen is his twin sister and that he didn't willingly become a test subject for Dr. Gero. At the first chance he and his sister got, they destroyed Gero's controller and then took off his head. After awaking Android 16, they wrecked havoc, creating destruction and killing innocent people while searching for Goku to kill him. Eventually he was absorbed by Cell but thanks to the Dragonballs and the Z fighters, he was brought back to life. Ever since then he's been living in isolation in the woods, avoiding humans and staying out of trouble for fear of the Z fighters. When Eighteen married Krillin, he broke off relations with her and their only contact was through letters. He's never even met his niece. But after certain events happen, things may change, for the better.

Personality: Seventeen's personality is very standoffish. He hates humans, including himself. His heart is completely closed off to anyone who would dare try to make him feel. The only thing he has ever loved is his sister. But, though he doesn't admit it to himself, at times he feels lonely and misses the companionship Eighteen and Sixteen provided.
