It was a Friday afternoon, the day before Maron’s 4th birthday, everyone was excited, especially Maron. 18 and Krillyn were preparing for the party; Krillyn was out giving everyone their invitations, while 18 was decorating the house for the party. Maron was playing on the beach in front of their house. 18 was hanging up streamers and she happened to look out the window, She saw Maron happily playing in the sand. 18 thought to herself, (I can’t believe my little girl is turning 4 tomorrow, what should we get her for her birthday?) 18 had a puzzled look on her face. (I donno what I should get her, I already planned on getting her a few more dresses, but I want to get her something that she would love.) Maron came running in the house, Daddy’s home daddy’s home. Krillyn walked in the house with a tired look on his face, hi daddy, I missed you Maron said happily. Hi sweetheart how did everything go, 18 asked. Well I got all the invitations handed out, but all that flying around makes me hungry, krillyn said. Ok Good, I was just gonna start making dinner. Krillyn sat down on the couch. Maron jumped up on his lap. So Maron are you excited about your birthday tomorrow, Krillyn asked. Yea, I can’t wait to see everyone. 18 was in the kitchen cooking dinner for her family. (Maybe I should ask Krillyn what he thinks we should buy her, I know, We’ll drop Maron off at Capsule Corp while we go shop for her present) Krillyn, Maron, dinner’s ready, 18 yelled. Krillyn and Maron both sat down at the table, then 18 sat down. Listen Maron, me and daddy have to go shopping for a few more items for your party, and we are gonna drop you off to play with trunks. Maron got a huge smile on her face, because she loves to see trunks. More flying around, Krillyn exhaustingly said, oh all right. Let me call Bulma and make sure it’s alright, 18 then stood up and walked to the phone. Krillyn was stuffing his face, he kind of resembled Goku as he was eating. 18 got off the phone with Bulma and sat back down at the table. After dinner we’ll leave ok, 18 said. Ok mommy, Maron said excitedly. Well Krillyn it looks like you were really hungry, your already done with your dinner, 18 laughed softly. 18 then took a bite of spaghetti. Soon they were finished with dinner. Well it’s time to leave now, 18 said. They got into the air car. Krillyn sat down in front of the wheel, and 18 sat next to Krillyn with Maron on her lap. They soon arrived at Capsule Corp, they all got out of the air car. Maron ran to the main door. Bulma looked out the window and saw 18 and Krillyn walking to the main door. Krillyn knocked on the door a few times. Trunks opened the door, Hi Trunks, Krillyn exclaimed. Maron jumped up and hugged Trunks. 18 smiled as she saw how happy Maron was to see Trunks. Bulma came up behind Trunks and invited the them in. No thanks Bulma, 18 said. We better get goin, maybe we’ll stop in for a little while when we get back. Well ok then, bye. Bye Maron see you in about an hour. Bye mommy, bye daddy. Maron happily said. Soon Krillyn and 18 arrived at the mall. 18 kissed krillyn on the lips, and said thanks krillyn for always helping me out. Krillyn didn’t understand what she meant by that but he didn’t care anyway. They got out of the air car and put it back in it’s capsule. So krillyn what do you think we should buy for Maron. Um let me think here, krillyn thought to himself, I think it’s should be it’s should be sumthin that she could have for a while, and something that she could play with. I donno, what do you think 18. Well I want to get her something that she would love. Krillyn and 18 both thought to themselves about what would be a perfect gift for Maron. And a perfect idea came to 18. Wait Krillyn, I just thought of the most perfect gift for Maron. Come on krillyn, follow me. Krillyn looked a little confused. But 18 did have a perfect Idea, and krillyn agreed to get it for her. They finally found the perfect gift for Maron. They only had to buy a few dresses and other little things for everything to be perfect. When Krillyn and 18 were done shopping for Maron’s gifts, they got back in the air car and headed back to Capsule Corp. Meanwhile Maron was playing video games with Trunks, waiting for her parents to arrive. Soon 18 and Krillyn arrived at Capsule Corp. Maron ran to open the door, Trunks followed her. 18 and Krillyn stepped out of the air car. Hi mommy, hi daddy, I missed you. They both greeted there over excited daughter. Hi Trunks, 18 said. Hi guys, do you want to come in. Sure, 18 answered the young Sayin. They stayed and talked to Bulma for a little bit, while Maron played with trunks a little longer. Well we better go its getting late, 18 exclaimed, Krillyn agreed, yea we have a long day ahead of us tomorrow. Well goodnight you guys, see you tomorrow , Bulma yelled as 18 and her family got into the air car. On the way home Maron slowly fell asleep on 18’s lap. They finally arrived back home. There house was covered in all kinds of decorations. 18 and Krillyn walked out of the air car. 18 carried Maron in the house and Krillyn followed them in. 18 told krillyn to get the gifts out of the car later. Krillyn said ok. 18 quietly carried Maron to her bed, and tucked her in. 18 yawned softly. I’m kinda tired but we got to wrap Maron’s gifts. She quietly walked down the stairs. Well Krillyn it’s time to wrap her gifts. Ok 18, I’ll go get them. Well the started to wrap the gifts, they were soon done. Finally done, 18 said. I’m really tired 18, we should go to bed now. Yea I’m really tired too Krillyn. They both walked quietly up the stairs, trying to make sure they didn’t wake up Maron. 18 and Krillyn both got ready for bed. 18 sat down on the edge of the bed, krillyn walked in the room, and sat next to his wife, krillyn put his arm around 18. Whats wrong honey. Krillyn asked 18. I’m just thinking about tomorrow, and if Maron will like the gift we picked out for her. Oh is that what your worried about sweetheart. Listen 18, Maron is one of the most cheerful kids I’ve ever seen, she would like anything we got for her. She wouldn’t care if all we got for her was a piece of paper, it wouldn’t matter to her. So don’t worry anymore 18. Just get some rest. Thanks Krillyn, I feel a lot better now. 18 then rested her head on her pillow. Krillyn then laid down right next to her. 18 moved over and snuggled up against Krillyn. Then Krillyn put his arm around her. 18 lifted her head up and kissed Krillyn on the lips, he kissed her back. I love you Krillyn, 18 said softly, and then laid her head back down. I love you too babe. Krillyn said while running his fingers through 18’s hair. 18 slowly feel asleep. Krillyn fell asleep not to long after 18. Soon it was Saturday morning, 18 woke up and got herself dressed, And went down the stairs. Krillyn and Maron were still asleep. 18 started to cook breakfast. 18 put a pot of water on the stove to make coffee for Krillyn. Krillyn woke up because of the smell of bacon and eggs. He then got ready and made the bed. He walked down the steps. He saw his wife in the kitchen making breakfast. 18 saw Krillyn walk in the kitchen. Good morning sweetheart, 18 cheerfully said, Krillyn then said good morning back. I just made a fresh pot of coffee for you. 18 then poured a cup of coffee and handed it to Krillyn. Maron then walked in the kitchen. Happy Birthday Maron, 18 and Krillyn both said. 18 put 2 plates of food on the table. Maron yawned and sat down next to Krillyn. Then 18 sat down with a plate of food in front of her. Hey mommy what time is everyone coming over? Well the party starts at 1:00, which is in a few hours. 18 answered. Krillyn took a sip of his coffee and said, Well I think Bulma, Vegeta, and, Trunks are comin over a half hour early to help set up for the party. Oh yea I almost forgot about that. 18 exclaimed. Soon 2 and a half hours past, and Maron was sitting on the porch waiting for Bulma and her family to arrive. Soon a huge air car landed on the small island. Trunks stepped out and Maron went running to him, she jumped up and hugged him. Happy Birthday Maron, trunks happily said. The Bulma and Vegeta walked out of the car together. 18 stood in the doorway and greeted them. Vegeta walked in the kitchen and sat down at the table to talk to Krillyn. Bulma and 18 were finishing up with preparing the stuff for the party, while Maron and Trunks were runnin around on the small beach. Soon it was time for the party to begin. Everything was ready. Gohan, Videl, And Goten were the first to arrive, 18 and Bulma greeted everyone and took them inside the house. Gohan walked in the kitchen were Vegeta and Krillyn were. He sat down and started talking to them. Goten ran over to play with Trunks and Maron. Videl stayed to talk to 18 and Bulma. Yamcha soon arrived, then Chi-Chi and the Ox-king. Soon everyone was there and it was time to open presents. Maron was so excited. She started opening the gifts from everyone. She got a few games, hats, clothes, and all kinds of stuff. Then Krillyn came downstairs with a few more gifts from 18 and him. Maron started to open them, she loved the new dresses her mom and dad picked out. She got a few pairs of shoes too. Then 18 handed Maron a big box with a few holes on the sides. Maron pulled off the lid and She was in shock of what her huge gift was. It was a little orange kitten, with blue glowing eyes, Maron’s face lit up with joy. She took the little kitten out of the box, she gently pet the soft kitten. She loved it. Everyone wanted to see the little kitten. What are you gonna name it Videl asked. Maron thought for a minute. I know I call him little Trunks. Everyone chuckled. Hey that’s not a bad name, Trunks said with a smirk on his face. Everyone laughed again. Especially 18 and Krillyn. Soon everyone left and 18 was so relieved that Maron loved her gift. Maron jumped on the couch and sat in between 18 and Krillyn. Krillyn handed Maron the kitten. They all sat on the couch together and watched TV for a while. Thank you for the wonderful gifts and party, I loved it! I cant wait till my next birthday. 18 and Krillyn smiled and looked at each other.
