CHARACTERS: 9 - Hey, who doesn't love bikers? ANIMATION: 10 - Top notched Japanimation for the early 90's. ENJOYMENT: 9.8 - Although some may find it a bit confusing the first time around, by the second going, you will be loving this movie. OVERALL: A (95.75%)    |
