Hurcule isn't that great. As being the world champion he looks down on the Z warriors. Though he knows there stronger, he tries to back up there flying skills and kia blasts as "tricks." He also took the credit of killing cell(which he didn't). And in the world tournament, 18 only lost because Hurcule made a deal with her(if she loses she gets 20million zeni from hurcule.) Mostly a fake and bragger, if the z warriors and the evil villans were never around, he'd prolly be the strongest.
