The Blitz Team is in a battle against the Champ Team. Harry is using a Cannon Tortoise equipped with a plasma particle cannon. He fires a beam at the Blitz Team, but they dodge it and defeat the Champ Team easily. At night, a group of Zabats are released from a Backdraft Whale King, and they break into the Blitz Team's base. They attach cables to the Liger Zero and lift it out of the base. Bit wakes up and sees the Liger being stolen, so he tries to save his Zoid by getting into the Pteras and flying out to attack the intruders. Pierce, the leader of the Zabat group, attacks Bit and shoots him down and the Whale King flies off with the Liger Zero.

In the morning, Harry calls the Blitz Team and says that he's sent 60 Pteras units, 250 Sinkers, 360 Rev Raptors, and 8,472 troops out to look for the Liger Zero, and is using satellites to search too, but he hasn't found anything yet. Harry's only helping because the Doc promised him that Leena would go out on a date with him. Bit decides to look for the Liger himself and drives off, searching for hours. When he stops for a while he gets a call from the Backdraft Group about his Liger, and Bit demands to see his Zoid. Then Pierce, in a Zabat, swoops down and knocks Bit's truck over.

When Bit arrives at a Backdraft base, he sees Liger Zero fighting a Guysack. The Liger isn't fighting well at all, and it starts going crazy because it doesn't like anyone but Bit piloting it. Then Alteil comes and says that Bit will fight Stoller, who will use the Elephander, if he wants his Liger back, and that he has to join the Backdraft Group or his Liger will be destroyed. Bit is forced to agree even though he doesn't want to. Alteil then talks to Stoller in private and tells him that he must finish Bit off. At the Blitz Team's base, the Doc detects some traces of charges plasma particles from Harry's gun on the Gun Sniper, and he figures that they're on the Liger too, so they can now track and find it.

Bit's fight with Stoller begins, and the Backdraft people who have come to watch it place bets. The safety ejection device has been taken out of the Liger, so the fight will be very dangerous for Bit. Then some machines around the perimeter of the small battlefield, which is inside the base, generate fire. Bit tries to attack the Elephander, but is thrown into the fire. He gets up and tries again and again, but gets the same results. Then Bit is thrown down to the ground and doesn't get up. The Elephander walks over and is about to stomp down on the Liger's head, but stops. Alteil tells Stoller to finish Bit, but he doesn't listen. Just then the Blitz Team's Hovercargo arrives outside the Backdraft base and shoots at it, blowing open a hole in the wall. Bit sees it and gets up and rushes outside.

Bit changes into Zero Schneider while Brad and Leena try to hold off the Elephander, which has followed Bit outside. Then Bit launches out of the Hovercargo and attacks the Elephander. The Elephander puts up its shield and the Liger uses buster slash. The Elephander's leg is damaged and it can't battle anymore, and the Liger's blade is broken. Bit calls Stoller, and they decide to call it a tie. Then Bit asks for Stoller's name, and they agree to fight again someday. On a hill, Pierce watches the Elephander limp away and wants to fight Bit Cloud.
