Episode 15. Layon Returns: Anti-gravity Catastrophy

The Tigers Team is sitting in the desert complaining about how bad their luck is when Dr. Layon shows up. He wants them to fight for him again. The Tigers, thinking about what he did to them last time, refuse and get into their Zoids. They try to attack Layon's Whale King, but a bright light shines from the Whale King's nose, and the Tigers are drawn up into the air screaming. Meanwhile, Dr. Toros and Jamie's dad, Oscar, remember their college years when they and Layon used to be friends. Then, the Doc finds the Tigers Team, with their Zoids almost completely destroyed, alone in the desert and brings them back to the Hovercargo.

Leena is skipping in the desert in her Gun Sniper, when she is lifted up into the sky. Leena awakes on a bed covered with flowers. Dr. Layon, her kidnapper, tells her that he wanted to keep her safe so she wouldn't get hurt in the battle. He explains that he had a crush on Leena's mom, and wanted the Doc to write a love letter to her. The Doc did but the name Steve Toros was signed on the letter. This caused Leena's mom to fall in love with the Doc instead of Layon. In the Blitz Team's Hovercargo, the Doc tells the rest of the Blitz Team and the Tigers Team the same thing. Then Layon contacts the Doc and challenges him to a battle. At first the Doc says no, but when Layon insults his Hovercargo, he becomes angry and accepts wanting to settle the score.

Before the battle starts, Leena escapes from the building where Layon was keeping her. She can't use her Gun Sniper because some of its wires were cut, so she starts to run across the desert. Oscar finds her when he was flying in his Pteras, and takes her towards the Hovercargo. Meanwhile, the battle is starting. Bit, in the Jager, Brad, and Jamie attack tons of Spinosappers and Sinkers that Layon sends out. The Doc and Layon have their own battle with the Hovercargo and the Whale King shooting at each other. They argue about who's transport is better, which sort of gets out of hand and freaks out the Tigers Team. While flying, Oscar explains to Leena that the Doc came to him for help with writing the love letter, but Oscar messed up and accidentally signed Steve's name on the letter which made Leena's mom fall in love with the Doc. Layon never found out what happened and got mad at Dr. Toros for signing his name to the letter. When Oscar gets to the battle, he tries to tell Layon, but Layon gets mad and activates the bright light.

The Tigers Team recognizes it as the one that destroyed their Zoids, and they warn the Blitz Team. Dr. Layon reveals that it is an Anti-Gravity mechanism. The Doc activates the anchors to secure the Hovercargo to the ground, and Brad gets pulled up into the sky along with Jamie. Bit gets pulled up too, but he uses the Jager's ion boosters to "fly" back to the Hovercargo. He changes into Zero Schneider. The Doc has an idea, but he gets hurt so he tells two of the Tigers Team to go to catapult and one to stay here and help him. The Hovercargo is slowly being pulled out of the ground, and when the catapult is lined up with the Whale King Bit launches out and uses the buster slash to slice through the Whale King. Dr. Layon leaves, defeated, and swears to get revenge while the Blitz Team and the Tigers Team celebrate their victory.
