The Doc is building a Raynos model when Jamie walks in. He hears the beeping of a call waiting to be answered and tells the Doc that he should pay more attention. He turns it on to find Dr. Layon screaming at the moniter. Apparently, he wants to challenge the Blitz Team to another battle. At first, the Doc refuses, but when he hears that the battle will take place in some mountains (where a resort and some hot springs are), he accepts.

The Blitz Team arrives at the resort and all of them have fun. Bit and Leena race on jet skis and Leena wins. She makes Bit buy her a ton of ice cream while she goes off somewhere. After Bit buys the ice cream, he spots Pierce. He remembers how she stole the Liger Zero, and yells at her about how bad the Backdraft Group is. He says that they're not true warriors and don't think about how their Zoids feel. She tells him to grow up and then leaves. He notices that she left her bracelet, and then Leena comes up behind Bit and asks where her ice cream is, freaking Bit out and making him drop the ice cream.

In a car, Pierce talks to a high-ranking officer of the Backdraft, and he wants her to beat the Liger Zero to prove her worth. Dr. Leayon is joining the Backdraft Group now, and Pierce, Major Polta, and a few others are put under his command. He shows them the Zoids that they will be piloting in the battle, four modified Storm Sworders. One of them has enhanced ground combat abilities, and the other three have a lot more ammo but less speed.

The battle, which takes place on a large area of green grass, is about to start. The Blitz Team arrives and gets ready, with Bit in the Jager. Then, the dark judge arrives, which means that Layon has joined the Backdraft. The Doc never thought he would go that far. The battle starts and each team launches their Zoids. Leena and Brad shoot at the Storm Sworders, but can't land a single hit. Jamie, as the Wild Eagle, flies around and attacks the Storm Sworders. Pierce tries to attack him, but he gets away long enough to take out two of the Storm Sworders before she slices through his Zoid.

Layon then orders Pierce and Polta to attack the Hovercargo. Pierce doesn't want to, but Polta doesn't hesitate. He attacks with missiles, but the Hovercargo blocks them with a shield. He tries to circle around to attack again, but Brad shoots him down. Layon the commands Pierce to attack the Hovercargo, but she ignores him and switches off her radio. She's thinking about what Bit said earlier when Bit challenges her to go down where he is and fight him. She accepts and flies down and knocks him over a few times using sonic booms.

Meanwhile, the Doc gets Leena to come back to the Hovercargo. He secures the Gun Sniper to the catapult and turns the electromagnetic energy on. He plans to make her ammo faster so it can hit the Storm Sworder. Pierce launches two missiles at the Liger while it's running away, so Bit turns it around and jumps on both the missiles to get at her, but misses. Just then, the Doc orders Leena to launch all of her missiles, and they're so fast that they manage to hit the Storm Sworder. Pierce decides that the battle has gone on long enough, so she jettisons the rest of her missiles and flies away.

Dr. Layon is not happy about losing again so he does the usual, which is screaming about revenge and then taking off. Later, Bit wonders what Pierce's name is, since she never told him, and then tosses her bracelet into the water. Meanwhile, Pierce rides off into the desert on a motorbike.
