A Lightning Saix wins a battle for the Redfire Team, and the pilot of the Saix, Jack Sisco, collects his money and leaves. Later on, Jack is having a drink and is confronted by a few people who want to hire him to fight for them, but he turns them all down because they either don't have enough money or are not lucky enough to guess what card they've chosen. Harry Champ then walks up to Jack, and proves that he has enough money, and luck, for Jack to work for him. Harry plans on getting revenge on Bit.

At the Blitz Team's base, the Doc shows Bit the three new armor conversions he custom built for the Liger Zero. Bit likes all of them and says the blue one looks kind of lame though, but still appreciates what the Doc has done for him. Jamie wants to test the armors out, but the Doc says they're not up and running yet. He still has to build an efficiant system of installing them onto the Liger Zero. Later on however, the Doc figures out a good way to install the armors after standing on his head for a while.

Next, Harry shows up and challenges them to a battle. They refuse at first, saying they won't get any points, but when they hear that Jack Sisco is working for the Champ Team, they accept thinking of all the points and money they'll get if they defeat the mercenary. Harry is pleased and heads back to his base, where Benjamin and Sebastin tell him that he's letting Jack take too much control. Harry asks Jack, who is putting large cannons on two Cannon Tortoises, about what he's doing, and Jack tells Harry to leave everything to him and they'll win the battle. After all, Jack's the man who has never lost.

On the next day, the battle is about to start. It takes place on a huge desert battlefield again. The Champ Team is using two Cannon Tortoises and Jack's Lightning Saix. Jack's plan is very simple. He's going to run ahead and attack, and all the other two have to do is keep firing at the enemy team. Harry doesn't like this, but goes along with it anyway. The Blitz Team is using their usual three Zoids. The battle starts and Jack runs ahead, and stops and calls Harry when he sees the Blitz Team. The Blitz Team is trying to figure out what he's up to, but then they are confused when they are surrounded by fire from the Cannon Tortoises. The Cannon Tortoises aren't hitting anything, but they are doing a good job of confusing the Blitz Team. Jack takes advantage of this and attacks the Blitz Team at high speed. The Doc figures out what's going on right away, but he's still tired from staying up all night working on the installment system.

Brad and Leena try to shoot Jack, but he's too fast for them. Bit charges after Jack, but the Saix is a lot faster than the Liger. Bit calls the Doc and asks him to get the blue armor ready. The Doc is pleased about this and gets right on it. Liger runs back to the Hovercargo to transform. With the blue armor on, Liger Zero is transformed into Liger Zero Jager. The Zero Jager is very fast and has two large ion boosters on its back. Jack has almost won the battle, but then Liger Zero Jager runs up behind him and then pulls up next to him. The Liger rams into the Saix to try to knock it over. Jack is slightly impressed and activates the Saix's ion boosters. Bit activates the Liger's ion boosters too. Jack is wonders how the Liger is keeping up with him and why he can't shake him off. The two Zoids ram into each other again and again, and the speed the two Zoids are running at is pysically affecting the pilots. Bit thinks that it's dangerous and he can't take much more, while Jack is really enjoying the thrill. The two Zoids then swerve off opposite ways and turn around for one last charge.

The Liger and the Saix jump up and hit each other with their claws. Bit lands hard, while Jack lands okay, but the Saix's leg is damaged. Liger gets up and is good to go, but the Saix can't move very well any more. Jack can't believe he's about to lose, and Leena and Brad show up ready to get revenge. However, the two Cannon Tortoises show up and fire at the Blitz Team, but Bit runs around and knocks them over with his speed and wins the battle. Jack congratulates Bit, and wants to fight him again someday. Bit refuses though and says that high speed battle is hard on the body. Jack says he's one of the few men who understands that, and Harry is mad at Jack because he said that he always won. Jack says he's right, and that he doesn't have to pay him and that he'll help him out for free next time. Harry is still mad and challenges Bit to a rematch right there and then, but Bit freaks out and runs away telling him to leave him alone. At the Blitz Team's base, the Doc tells Bit that he owes him a lot of money for the Liger's new armors.
