The Blitz Team is fighting a team of Rev Raptors. Bit transforms into Liger Zero Schneider, which is the orange armor and has seven blades and some output thrusters. Bit extends two blades on the Liger's head, and charges at a Rev Raptor and slices through its blade. Bit turns around to finish it off, but the Liger's combat system freezes, and it shuts down. Brad saves Bit from the last Rev Raptor, and wins the battle. Bit whines that the Schneider is defective.

The Tigers Team (remember them?) is eating around their campfire while whining about their losing streak. Then a mysterious voice tells them that he can save them, and the Tigers Team look around to see who it is. It turns out to be a guy eating instant noodles, Dr. Layon (the noodle man!).

Leena is walking through a town looking for the rest of her team when she runs into Dr. Layon, who gives her some flowers and tells her that a storm is coming and then disappears. The Blitz Team is eating at a restaurant, and the Tigers Team walks by and challenges them to a battle. Bit remembers that they're the first team he beat, but he doesn't remember who they are. He decides that they should change their name to "The Fuzzy Pandas", which angers the Tigers Team. The Tigers Team tells them to watch their battle today and then walk off. Leena arrives and they watch the Tiger's battle. They are fighting a team of Storm Sworders, and it looks like they're losing, but then a storm comes and lightning zaps the Storm Sworders and the Tigers win the battle. The Tigers then go on a winning streak.

The Blitz Team, using their usual three, is about to fight the Tigers Team. The ground is not very stable and can collapse. Then the battle starts and the Blitz team gains the advantage, but suddenly a storm comes. Jamie detects metal objects in the clouds, and then the Blitz Team gets zapped by lighting. The Tigers Team seems to be controlling the weather, because some tornados form and go wherever the Tigers go. The judge is knocked out and Leena doesn't last very long, but the Blitz Team does manage to take out two of the Tigers. The third Tiger is engulfed by a huge tornado formed when the other ones fuse together. The huge tornado starts to chase Bit and Brad, and Brad buy time while Bit goes to transform into Zero Schneider. Brad is thrown by the tornado and is knocked out. Then the tornado heads towards the Hovercargo, and Bit extends the two blades on the sides of the Liger's head and charges, but he is thrown back. Then he tries again, and this time the Liger wants to use a new attack, the buster slash.

All five blades on the Liger's head flip forward and Bit charges at the tornado again. This time he cuts through the wind and hits the Tiger in the middle of the tornado, winning the battle and getting rid of the tornado. Then Dr. Layon appears in his Whale King. He had been helping the Tigers by using floating spheres to make lightning and twisters. The Doc remembers Layon because he's his rival, and Layon promises that he'll get his revenge and then leaves.
