Class: Galactic, at level 4 they become Intergalactic, and at level 8 they become Godlike.
Pick three powers at level 1, and one power for each level after that.

Special

1. Kaioshin are very arrogant, and they have just cause, they are the
higher gods of the universe.
They can create items with restrictions:
-Simple things: Like food, water, clothing, anything very abundant; May create without effort
-Simple tough things: Metals, Furniture, buildings, concrete; 75 ki each
-Machines: appliances, TV, Radio, guns; 100 ki each
-Very complicated machines: nuclear generator, Satellite, Space Shuttle; 1000 ki each
-Magic Items: Potarra earrings, Kami Staff, Z Sword, etc.; 5,000 ki or hp each
-Dragonballs cannot be created

2. Kaioshin are powerful beings, and their Ki increases their strength.
For every 50 ki, the Kaioshin gets +1 to physical combat damage.

3. Each level, Kaioshin gain 30 points that they can add to any of their base
attributes. Also they get +2 base INT each level from learning universal knowledge.

4. Kaioshin have +2 actions per melee because they are gods.

5. Kaioshins regenerate 18 hp per round.

6. Kaioshins regenerate 10 ki every round.

7. At lvl 5 Their Ki becomes MNTx18 and their Hp becomes STMx12.
This is due to the Kaioshin coming of age to a full god.

8. Because Kaioshins are so unused to being brought to near death they gain
+20% to MNT, DEX, and SPD and +10% to STM and STR when they go into
LP's as well as 100 exp.


Unique Powers

1. Intimidating Aura: A Kaioshin has the ability to project an aura that
intimidates his opponent. For every 5 chi the Kaioshin uses, it doubles
the Kaioshins Power level. The enemy is -1 to strike, and dodge for
every 5 Ki the Kaioshin uses (opponent can only be at -3) for the first
two rounds of combat. The opponent can only be dropped to -3, no
matter what.

2. Godlike Instantaneous Movement: At the cost of 25 Ki, the Kaioshin
can teleport himself to anywhere in the Universe, Hell, And Heaven.
And 10 ki for anyone else who comes. This is automatically learned at
lvl 3.

3. Mystic Fighting: A Kaioshin may give any fighter who is somewhat good a "mystic power-up". The power-up will give the fighter +25% to all stats, but if the fighter has a super form he has not achieved, he will achieve that super form without receiving the different outside appearance. The Kaioshin cannot do this to himself, and it can only be chosen after level 8.
