POWER LEVEL: 8,000,000 DURING BATTLE WITH CELL

HIS DEAL: Another of Dr. Gero's maniacal androids, and the brother of Android 17.

When he first appeared, he stayed in the background, biding his time and allowing 18 to have fun. He finally did a little bit of fighting just after Piccolo's fusion, but Cell's arrival ended his participation.

CURRENT WHEREABOUTS: Yeah, he's still dead

BATTLES:

• VS. ALL Z FIGHTERS--When Trunks interfered in 18 and Vegeta's battle, he jumped in and took out everyone except for Krillin, who they allowed to survive and heal his friends.
• VS. PICCOLO (AS KAME/PICCOLO)--After Piccolo's fusion, he almost lost...but then Cell showed up and absorbed him.
• VS. CELL--put up a good fight...wound up absorbed...sucks to be this guy.
