Session 3: "Honkey Tonk Women"
On their day off, Spike and Jet head to a casino, where Spike is whooed by a simply gorgeous dealer. Of course, she's cheating the entire time. Spike decides to hold on to his last poker chip and walks off, bumping into a small man also holding a poker chip. Unbeknownst to Spike, the little man was supposed to leave his poker chip with the dealer, but in a case of mistaken identity, she thought it was Spike. The dealer chases down Spike, who responds by swallowing the poker chip. Guns are drawn, punches are thrown, and Spike and Jet take the dealer hostage.
On the Bebop, the two find out the dealers name is Faye Valentine...and she's worth a very hefty bounty! On top of that, the poker chip is really a top secret governent computer chip, and the head guy of the casino wants it so he can profit from it's hidden code breaking capabilities. So, Spike and Jet cut a deal: they'll return the poker chip in exchange for 60 million Wulong. It's a bum deal, though, as Faye escapes and makes a ruckus, then flies off. Not only do they lose the poker chip...but they also lose the bounty.
