Anyways this deck has brought me many victories. I've never lost a single tournament with this deck and I've beaten many players who also use beatdowns, stalls, and exodia decks. favorite: I love my three Jinzos!! Why!?? Hello spent over $180 bucks on them!! LOL!!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's my fix: Level 4 Monsters - 9 3 La Jinns 3 Harpie's Brother 3 Seven Colered Fish Level 5 Monsters - 3 2 Summoned Skull 1 Jinzo Effect Monsters - 8 1 Cyber Jar 3 Man-Eater Bug 2 Witch of the Black Forest 2 Magician of Faith Magic Cards - 16 1 Raigeki 3 Axe of Despair 1 Dark Hole 1 Heavy Storm 2 Swords of Revealing Light 1 Change of Heart 1 Pot of Greed 1 Monster Reborn 3 Fissure 2 Tribute to the Doomed Trap Cards - 7 1 Mirror Force 2 Magic Jammers 3 Trap Hole 1 Solemn Judgment Total = 43 From what I could tell, your deck basically boils down to a Beatdown... with WAY too many cards. 56 cards in a deck is a lot to run. Rule of thumb is to keep try to keep the deck count to below 45 and NEVER exceed 50. Also, as a beadown, speed is an important facotr and should not be taken lightly. And in order to keep a deck fast-paced, we're gonna have to do some trimming. Lets start with monsters. 15-20 mons per deck is optimal. Evolutions slow a Beatdown (and any other deck for that matter), especially with so many of them. 3 is a nice number to run. So for my fix I have 2 SS and 1 Jinzo, sorry for taking out the other 2 =o) Jinzo is a great card, but 3 in a deck is overload, especially when you have traps of your own to play. Save Jinzo for late game or when you need a sure fire hit without any trap interference. You can also take out a SS for another Jinzo if you wish, since the Axes supplement the SS nicely. For your main attackers (La Jinn etc), 9 is more than enough. Thats maxed out on the metagame standard. The Darkfire Soldiers are weak compared to the other BD mons duelists play (all 1800 atk). You also don't need 6 extra monsters cluttering your deck. Your effect monsters are nice, I just switched out the Zebras (which you don't need) for MoF (which is more viable). You might want to try some Dark Elves in this deck too. For Magic, I took out the Nuzzlers (too many equips slow the deck down, 3 Axes are all you need, trust me) to up the count of Fissure and add in some TttD. Removal is HUGE in Beatdown, it allows your monsters a clear shot at your opponents LP. For Traps, I focused more on denial than healing. Healing is negligible, especially in a fast deck. 3 Jammers is too much. I took one out to add in a Solemn Judgment which can come in handy in almost any situation. Raigeki? BAM, negated. Mirror Force? BAM, negated. Jinzo? BAM, negated (yes, Solemn Judgment CAN stop Jinzo from being summoned). And of course the conventional and very useful 3 Trap Holes. This deck should now run much smoother and faster. You will pull the cards you want much more frequently and almost any card you draw will be useful. Hope this helps! - Dark JeSTeR97 =o)
