After a long and tiresome fight Goku beat Lord Frieza but the planet namek was goking to blow up because of one of friezas attacks. Frieza cut himself in half by an accident and then goku destroyed frieza properly before going to find a space ship to escape from namek. Goku escaped from namek in the nick of time.
