2. In Other World Tournament, You Have To Be Dead To Enter
3. Only One Senzu Per Match
4. No Moves That Kills Both Of You Like Self Destruct
5. You Must E-mail Me If You Are Gonna Enter
6. No 'Instant Kill' Moves Like Enemy Transformation

World Tournament Is Open Every Sunday And Anyone Can Enter. All Other Tournaments Start Randomly At Any Time, So Check Back Regularly To See If One Has Opened
