20. Takuto (Full Moon Wo Sagashite)
Okay, he's not technically a cat person, but he's got the ears, and he turns into a super cute cat plushie! Takuto is also a nice guy, and I find it sweet how much he really does for Mitsuki, and how much he seems to care about her. Even if Meroko doesn't always approve.
19. Clarinet (Violinist of Hameln)
The super cute and serious Clarinet in the anime, and the super cute and comical Clarinet in the manga, either way he's super cute and powerful too.
18. Sorata Arisugawa (X TV)
I noticed as I went through this list that I seem to like more than one monk, not that it matters, but Sorata is one of those monks. He's cheerful, funny, and he and Arashi make such a cute couple!!
17. Shigure Souma (Fruits Basket)
I feel kinda bad moving this guy back so far, but I did keep him in the top twenty. He's cute, but he needs to lay off the songs about cute school girls. Ah, who am I kidding, his songs are hilarious.
16. Kyo Souma (Fruits Basket)
This short tempered red-head won me over quite easily. You can't help but feel bad for this little cutie, not to mention he turns into that adorable little orange cat. There's also the selective appearance of cat ears on his head whenever Kyo gets angry.
