10. Ayame Souma (Fruits Basket)
This guy is like the supreme bishie! He's absoltely gorgeous!! I've even gotten guys to admit that! Between he long white hair and golden eyes he really is something to behold. Granted he's...not exactly right in the head, he usually means well.
9. Shuutaro Mendou (Urusei Yatsura)
Yes, I know I move Mendou-kun around more than anyone else. However, I recently acquired the Urusei Yatsura OVA, and two more of the movies, and watching Mendou-kun catch the Girly measles and almost being killed by a ghost goat, among other things, merited him a chance to go back into the top 10.
8. Shizuma Kusanagi (Real Bout HS)
This is another recent addition, after I saw the anime at the convention. Shizuma is absolutely hilarious! He fits in nicely with his surroundings on this list, considering he's probably just as, if not more full of himself than Mendou is.
7. Ruwalk (Dragon Knights)
Another of the many bishie from the Dragon Knights manga. He's a kind man...um dragon. He's pretty funny as he always helps the dragon lord sneak out of the castle and annoy Alfeegi. Plus, look at the picture, he's cute!
6. Rune (Dragon Knights)
Rune is half elf, but he's also one of the bishiest characters in that manga. He's very regal and concerned with following the rules, which usually ends up being comical when he tries to stop Rath from demon hunting, or Thatz from treasure hunting.
