Nephrite was ranked third of the generals. He, somehow, had an old mansion in the middle of nowhere to concoct his schemes. He often went around town in an alter-personality, Sanjouin Masato, and drive around in a red sports car. He would consult the stars for his victim and take a personal item of thiers. He would infuse it with dark energy and the owner would become possesed and use up all thier energy. Nephrite was the creator of the Kurozuisho, or Star Crystal. It eventually led him to Naru, who he fell in love with. Nephrite was killed by one of Zoisite's youmas, protecting Naru.
