Prince Demando is the Prince of the Black Moon Family. He is the brother to Safir. They were once close, but the Wiseman corrupted Demando's mind and turned him evil. Demando's main goal is to rule earth. After he kills everyone on it, so the Black Moon family can, basically, move in. He is majorly obssessed with Neo-Queen Serenity. He does manage to capture her and tries to kiss her, but Tuxedo Kamen saves the day. Demando doesn't do too much except sit on his throne, drink wine, and order Safir and Esmeraude around.
