Professor Tomoe Souichi wasn't always a bad man. He is the father of Tomoe Hotaru, also known later as Sailorsaturn. He was happily working away in his lab one day when there was an explosion. Hotaru was killed and Tomoe sold his soul to the entity known as Phaoroh 90 to let Hotaru live. From then, he was evil and created the Death Busters. Tomoe's main goal was to awaken Mistress Nine. Tomoe and his assistant, Kaolinite would make Daimon Eggs, which would seek, with the help of the Death Busters, those out with pure hearts, which he would feed to Hotaru, who was housing Mistress Nine. After the big showdown, Pharoah 90 was destroyed and Professor Tomoe was returned to his kind, gentle self.
