Safir is Prince Demando's younger brother. With these villians, their name reflects their color. So, Safir's color is blue, as Demando's (diamond) color is white. Safir was kind hearted, to a degree. He really didn't want to collect energy for the Black Moon and hated the Wiseman. Safir made the Crystal Wedges that Esmeraude used. He didn't do much else except argue and manage to find out that Wiseman was plotting against them all. When he tried to tell Demando, Demando would have none of it. Safir eventually meets his end at the hands of the Wiseman, in front of Demando.
