Tellu is the third of the Witches Five. And she is the start of the decline of the Witches Five. Tellu only lasts one episode. Her specialty is plants. She figures that she can get a whole bunch of pure hearts at once by selling an evil plant to take the pure hearts. She is defeated by Tuxedo Kamen and the senshi. After she dies, she left behind a clue - a student ID to Mugen Academy, which Professor Tomoe owns.
