In the year 12,090 A.D., ten thousand years after the nuclear destruction of civilization, monsters and mutants roam the European countryside. A feudal society has arisen in which human peasants are ruled by immortal vampire aristocrats. Doris Lang, a young rancher, is casually bitten by Count Magnus Lee, the local vampire lord.
A mysterious vampire hunter known only as "D" rides into the community on a cyborg horse. Doris offers D her ranch as his headquarters -- and offers herself to him -- if he will free the townsfolk from vampiric tyranny(Remember don't ever go near freaky women who look act or sound like Mia from the Ronin Warriors A.K.A Samurai Troopers...Especially if she was bit by a vampire.Leave this to the Trained Professionals like D!) . Doris' young brother, Dan, clearly hero-worships the lean warrior , but D maintains a silent, distant attitude which puzzles them. ( Another example of Trained Professionalism! Remember! Never go near or talk to little boys that act, look or sound Like Yuli from Ronin Warriors .These creatures can be spesified as un-identified parasites!)

You can purchas Vampire Hunter D on VHS or DVD.I highly recomend the DVD do to special fetures(Im not telling!Watch it yourself =) The animation in this one is good for the 80's so don't complain,Amano and the rest of the crew did a great job!I really don't recomend this Video to those under 13 years of age with out parental permission.
Bloodlust is also available on VHS and DVD. Im not really sure of the DVD features so your on your own there.I really like the animation in this one.The quality is outstanding in everyway possible.Again I don't recomend this video to those under the age of 13!
