I BEAT CHRONO TRIGGER!
That's right! It took me 30 hours, but it was worth it! Lets review it, just for the heck of it, shall we? *CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN SLIGHT SPOILERS*
Storyline:
The storyline is one of my favorite parts of this game (the other is the music). Here's how it goes:
Basically, this game is about time travel. It start in the year 1000 AD, with a kid named Crono. His town is having a festival called the millenial fair to celebrate beating Magus (one of the bad guys, but not the main bad guy. He comes up later.)'s troops 100 (?) years ago. Crono bumps into a lighthearted tomboyish girl named Marle, and she asks him to show her around. Well, it turns out that your best friend has invented yet another gadget, and just to be nice, you take Marle up to see her work. Your friend, whose name is Lucca, has made a teleport device! Crono tries it and it works, and now Marle needs a turn. She hops on, and... a strange blue hole opens up right in the middle of the square! Marle is sucked in! So, now you and your friend Lucca have to go save her. Stinking princesses. Always need savin' (oops! Did I say princesses? I meant normal people!). Well, you go through the gate (the blue spot, that is), and it turns out that she , and you, have come out into completely different year! The year 600 AD, to be exact! Well, I'm gonna skip right to the main plot right about here, because otherwise I'd be writing all night. On one of their travels through a gate, they end up in the year 2300 AD. Everything is in ruins. After exploring for a little bit, you find a big screen. Marle walk up, and while saying, "What does this button do? (or something to that effect), pushes a button on the keyboard in front of the screen. The scrren light up, and commences to show the destruction of the world, all perfectly recorded. It turns out that a monster called Lavos broke free from the earth and proceeded to shoot fire from it's spiny back. Well, you and your friends decide to save the future by going to the time when Lavos came out of the earth and destroying him. And they do, if you're motivated enough by now to beat the game.

Okay, I guess. I'm not a real good judge of graphics. I guess I'd give 'em a 7/10.
