The Show starts with Net and his friends, Mayl and Dekao walking to school. The topic they was discussing for the day was that a new student was being transfer to their elementary school. As soon as they arrived at the gate to the schoolyard, a Limo passed them by and pulled into the school and stop by the doors. Then spreading out a red carpet to the doors and out came a small blonde hair girl in a red dress. Ms. Mari introduced her class to her new student. Her name is Yaito and she skipped two grades to be in the 5th grade. Yaito shared some things about herself like her interests. Meanwhile on the net, Yaito's navi, Glyde introduced himself to Rockman, Roll, and Gutsman. Back in the classroom, Yaito was showing off her amazing knowledge to the class as they was overwhelm by what she can do for someone her age. Meanwhile at World 3's hidden base, Dr. Wily called forth Mado to try and take control of the city since Hindoken and Eleci failed. During lunch time back at school, Yaito wasn't hungry and Ms. Mari was worried that something was wrong. But to their suprise Yaito had waiters and decious food on standby to serve her. After school, Net and Dekao was curious about Yaito and wanted to see her, but they couldn't find the entrance onto her property since she lived in a Mansion surrounded by lots of land inside a iron fence. They almost gave up until they spotted a opening in the fence and decided to go in thur there. However Yaito's security system detected Net and Dekao on her property and since they was there, Yaito wanted to have a little fun with them so he activated her Security system and had them on a wild chase around her yard. Up in the bushes, down in the Tennis Court, even by the statues, but then they was caught as a Steel Cage surrounded them. Not knowing what to do, Net decided to Plug in Rockman to ask the Security program to let them go. Rockman plugged in and asked around until Glyde appeared and told Rockman they needed to be punish for Trespassing. Rockman begged Glyde not to do this, instead Glyde jack Rockman out of the system and ejected Net and Dekao from Yaito's property back onto the streets. The next day, Mado was doing bad things as she has Coloredman in the Traffic System destroying it causing all the lights in the city to go Red. The people panic and car wreaks began to happend as the city was in a complete stop and no one wasn't going anywhere. Afterwards after school, Yaito was leaving her school until she had the urge to go to the bathroom, but didn't want anyone to see her go into the bathroom. She rushed to the bathroom but secretly only to find that Mayl just got out and has asked if she was going to the bathroom. Yaito told her that she would dream of using those and walked away. Afterwards while Yaito was going home in her private limo, she was caught in traffic and still had to go use the bathroom. Trying to get out, she couldn't with all the cars next to each other, she was stuck inside. She asked Glyde if she could go into the Traffic Controls and see what is the matter. Gylde agreed and Yaito plugged him in thur the Global line in her Limo. Glyde got in and saw that the Traffic System was overrun by Metools. He quickly used his Cannon to destroy the Metools, until he was attacked by a giantic bouncing ball. While she had her problems Net was walking home thur the city and was stuck as well at a crosswalk, wondering what is going on. But then Rockman asked Net it's kinda funny that all the lights are Red. Net agreed and decided to have Rockman check out the problem in the Traffic System. As soon as he got in he noticed Glyde was down from being hit. Glyde tried to warn Rockman about the ball, but it was too late as Rockman got hit by it, and found that the Navi behind it was Coloredman. Net needed to give Rockman some battle chips but he wasn't directly connected to the Traffic System, he had to rush to the Traffic Control center in the city to save him. Meanwhile, Yaito was in need of using the bathroom as she can't hold it in any longer. She rolled down her window and got out on top of the roof of the limo. Then she saw Net rushing down the sidewalk. (STILL WORKING ON IT, MORE TO COME)
