Once he was Ms. Mari's substitute in school and capture her class to get Yaito's rare chips with Numberman. But Net and Rockman stop him and changed his evil ways. But since that confrontation, Higure has a crush on Ms. Mari. He also is a supporter of the N1 Grand Prix.
