Iceman is the smallest navi in the EXE Series, and has the power of Ice on his side. He's manily a assisatnt for Dr. Hiwaraka at the Waterworks helping manage everything. He also operated by Hiwaraka's son, Tohru, who is one of Net's friends in school. Tohru and Iceman at times are on the scene to help Net and Rockman outta a jam. His Main Attack, Ice Wave is when he blows out what is almost like a Blizzard storm that turns his enemy into a big popsicle.
