Masa is the fish man of Net's home town. He rides around town on his little shop bicycle selling fish. He tries to promote good eating habits like taking a lot of calcium by eating fish. As long as he wears his lucky fish apron he feels he can do anything. Little do Net and the others know, Masa is the leader of the Net Agents and leads Miyuki (Muyi) and Saloma (Sal), by fighting off the evil World 3, and goes under the name, Commander Beef. As Masa he tries to hide from the others that he's not interested in the PET's or Netbattling, but in real life he does and he owns one and his navi is Sharkman.EXE, which is based off a fish of course and is known to be the fearcest of the fish in the ocean.
