Tohru is Dr. Hikarawa's son and is also one of Net's best friends. When Net and Tohru met it was in battle since World 3 devised a plan and kidnapped Tohru's dad and forced him to work for World 3 by using Iceman to delete Rockman and take down the Waterworks. But after that day, they been good buds and Tohru tries to help Net whenever he can.
