1. If you want to change your nick, type /nick
nickyouwant
2. By default, the downloads will be saved in the download
folder of mIRC. To change the folder, go to File
--> Options and follow these steps:
1. Go to DCC --> Folders
2. Click on Edit
3. Click this button and choose the directory you want to save the
downloads to.
4. Click OK
5. Click OK.
3. If you want to automatically connect to the channel when you start
mIRC, go to File --> Options
1. Click on Options under Connect.
2. Check Connect on startup
4. Change any option of mIRC you like.
