Ami is the smartest of the sailor scouts. She's also my favorite. (serena: what about me Luna?)She was the second scout to join the group. I discovered that she was the scout with hte blessings of Mercury when her prep school was attacked by the negaverse. She has the power of ice. 
She transforms by saying 'Mercury Power, make up'. Her attacks are: Mercury Bubbles blast, Mercury Ice bubbles Freeze. In the Sailor Moon R season her transformation changes when I give them new transformation tools and she says 'Mercury Star Power, make up' to transform. Her attacks change as well.
Shine Aqua Illusion, which freezes the enemy instantly. When Pegasus came he gave the girls a new power. "Mercury crystal power, make up' is what Mercury says to transform with her new power. Her attack is Mercury Aqua Rhapsody, where she uses a harp to attack her enemies. 
She also has two items to help her. A super computer and mini goggles which pinpoints the enemy's location and weakspot.
