This is the Training Methods page. This page shows you the different ways you can train to increase your Power level or other stats.

Ground Combat Training: Raises Ground skill 2 each day.

Aerial Combat Training: Raises Aerial skill 2 each day.

Ki Combat Training: Raises Ki attack and Ki defense 2 each day.

Meditate: Raises power level 100, attack 1, speed 1, defense 2 and fighting spirit 2 each day.- Nothing needed to preform

Spar: Raises power level 150, Attack 2, Speed 2, Defense 2, Evade 2 each day- Requires another fighter training with you or the split form or other multiplication skill.

Endurance: This is an extremely long and brutal hike. Raises power level 50, attack 3, speed 2 and defense 3 each day you train. This is primarily a stat builder-Nothing needed to preform.

Equipment Gym: Raises power level 200 and all stats 2 each day- Requires the Equipment Gym

Gravity: Raises power level 300 and all stats 3 each day-Requires a Gravitron. You may increase the gravity of the Gravitron by paying z1,000 for each x10. Maxes out at x200.(May not repeatedly train)

Master: Raises power level 50 and all stats 1 each day. They are so low because you learn new moves as well. Must be on the same planet as the master. See Masters page.

Hyprobolic time chamber: Raises power level 500 and all stats 5 each time used(May only be used once a month. Lets you do an entire weeks worth of training in just one day. (And you HAVE to purchase one first!)

C-H-A-T training: I devolped this whole different type of training to keep you guys motivated and keep you focused. As you can see C-H-A-T spells chat, duh. In this method you will enter a chat room and basicly spar.

For Example:

:: Stretchs and runs 5 laps around track::

:: Lifts 1,000 lbs. dumb-bell ::

:: Hits punching bag for a while ::

Then you will begin to spar. But no Ki attacks unless you feel like getting injured. In order to do this method of training, you must copy and paste your training onto the Message Board every ATTACK typed by each member, then once your entire training session is on a SINGLE post, post it. Please leave out any chating you did while training, ONLY ATTACKS. If you can, put on a time stamp if not, record the time you started the chat, and when you ended it, I NEED BOTH TIMES FOR THE SESSION TO BE VALID. C-H-A-T training will raise your stats according to how long to trained for.
