Bardock:
Goku’s true saiyan father, his planet was being tormented and destroyed by Freeza and his henchmen. He stood up against Freeza and fought with him. Soon, as Freeza was killing him, he saw a vision of his son, Goku, turning super saiyan and killing Freeza in the future. He died smiling.
