Personality: She likes to go in competition, she doesn't care if she loses or wins. She likes making friends, people find her very
friendly. Everyone likes her because she is very loving and caring but when she gets angry she goes all mental. She likes to make people happy and entertain them. the only person she doesn't really like is Sailor Moon/Usagi because she is clumsy and in one episode(eh...not animated just
written, but not up yet) when she was singing Usagi went up to get her autograph but then fell on the floor and stated crying, that

History: She lives on a bit further away from Pluto. her planet was half solid ice with snow covering some bits and half land and water. She would usually visit Sailor Pluto and Sailor Mars. She would usually have a singing competition with Sailor Mars because they would always argue on who sings better. In her normal form she has hair up to her toes but ties it up very high and it is usually a little bit wavy at the end. She is said to be the most powerful Sailor Scout and was mistaken by Leo, he thought that she was the leader of all the Gemstone Senshi but soon Sailor Mirage dueled her, and Chiyoko ended up winning. She has short hair in her senshi form, cyan-silver eyes and dark orange
