Personality: She is always alone or with Hoshiko because she is the only one she really talks to. She is quite pretty and is always being sent love letters by boys, but just dumps them in the rubbish :P
History: She was mysteriously revived after her death on her planet while trying to escape from a 'evil sailor senshi'. In her normal form she has slightly longer hair and golden eyes and in her senshi form she still has the same hair, but sparkling silver violet eyes. She is always being chased by Dasutin because he likes her... Chiyoko usually plays tricks on them because she hates them both. Sumi hates boys and can never be seen smiling or laughing.
