1 Radical good speed- at this level Cougar can greatly improve the speed of cars
and other things. Not much in known
about this skill, Cougar just seems to use it to get from place to place.
Level 2 Radical good speed (alter) Cougars alter
is manly build on speed and agility, not much power. Cougar can perform bullets just like Kazuma. Taken from the
data I gathered he could also heal faster.
When cougar moves at top speed he can create sonic booms, which can be
heard miles away. When Cougar
gathers enough speed and velocity he can tear though about anything.
