| Biographical Information: Captain Rob Herman the son of the President, stationed at Red River Base is another key soldier in this War Against the Empire. Captain Herman was first seen after Van had escaped the Sleeper Trap and brought Van back into the base as prisoners. He gave Van and the othes a Letter of Recommendation to the Republic. He also piloted the Gojulas at Mount Osa Base the first time the ZG was put into play, it was only at 50% but had enough power to make the Imperial Forces retreat. |
