| Biographical Information: Minister Prozan an evil and self-ambitious regent to Crown Prince Rudolph, after his humiliation at the New Helic Shore, Prozan returned to the Empire and retreated all of the forces. Since the current emperor Zepplin had died, he wanted to kill Crown Prince Rudolph as well, so he can take to the throne. He also announced Prince Rudolph was dead after he retrieved the Ring from Rudolph. He also studied Ancient Ruins trying to find the powers of the Deathsaur and Zoid Eve. After he got the power of the Deathsaur, he also wanted the power of the Zoid Eve to rule the universe. |
