Technical Meaning (not the actual translation): Millenium Problem
Age: 14
Hair: Platinum with purple streaks
Eyes: Red
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 123lbs
B-Day: January 1st at the start of the new millennium, according to the calendar of her old village. What this translates to in Earth or Fanel terms is unknown, as the village was destroyed a long time ago.
Race: She is part human and part Wingly. Why she has a kitty tail is unknown.
Sibling: Chiyokaiketsu, her twin brother
Other: She has the mark for "gin", or "silver" on her right cheek, which was branded there when she was an infant. According to Meidan's (her old village) records, Gin is the name of a dragon/demon that had terrorized the village for a long time, so in other words, it's not supposed to be a beauty mark. She has the ability to transform into a cat.
Dream: To serve under a leader until the very end - She is loyal to a fault, which leaves her vulnerable to being taken advantage of. She does have the right idea about leaving if the leader becomes corrupt, although sometimes it is hard for her to realize this, as she is very stubborn.

Fuku: A very dark blue with silver bows. Her broach is dark blue, and it is heart-shaped with a silver star in the middle. Her fuku is styled like Super Sailor Moon's. Tiara gem is red, and she wears the same boots she wears in civilian form. A grey kitty tail sticks out from under the skirt. Chiyo's hair remains in a ponytail, although the light blue ribbon is replaced by a darker blue ribbon. The gloves are short, like Uranus and Neptune's, and black ribbons are wrapped around each arm.

Weapon: Katana.

Attacks:

Info: The older twin, Chiyobug is known to be more mature and a tiny bit wiser than her brother, Chiyokaiketsu. Although there is no feline DNA in Chiyo's blood whatsoever, Chiyo has a tendency to exhibit a few feline traits, such as her vain attitude, her stubbornness, and, although she won't admit it, her tendency to sometimes start to clean herself like a cat (she never does it for long, as it doesn't take long for her to realize what she is doing and stop.)

Chiyo also is easily annoyed, although this is partially due to the fact that her brother sleeps all the time, and because she has to deal with children (at least, that's how she views the other senshi). It doesn't take that much before you start to see her tail twitching.

As stated above, Chiyo is extremely loyal to her leader, whoever that may be, and that perhaps she may be a bit too loyal. While she is more mature than her brother, she still has a tendency to be easily swayed by lies and such. In the event her leader becomes corrupt, she might just have trouble realizing that, and would still continue to blindly obey orders. Of course, that hasn't happened yet, and it just might not, considering she now serves under the rule of Princess Hikari Merle on the planet Fanel, even though she technically should be serving under Queen Asa Taiyo of the Sun Kingdom.

All in all, Chiyo just gives the impression that she's very snobbish, loyal, and very, very vain. On a rare occasion, Chiyo can be seen acting her age, laughing and smiling and acting like a normal 14 year old. And on even rarer occasions, Chiyo can actually be found crying, not that she probably doesn't do that in private.

Although of human and Wingly descent, Chiyo has the ability to shape shift into a grey cat. In her feline form, her eyes become gold, and she wears a light blue collar with a golden tag with the kanji for "gin" inscribed on it.
