Bulma

Bulma is Goku's oldest friend. As a teenager of 16, she originally persuades Goku to join her journey to find the seven dragonballs. Bulma is a very mixed up teenager with a pink outfit and a personality quirk that won't allow her to shut up for a second. She is immature, emotional, self-centered, impatient, argumentative, boisterous, pushy, boy-crazy and was known to have fits of hysteria. Her reason to collect the dragonballs is to fulfill her wish to find a boyfriend. This wish later becomes useless as she ends up falling in love with Yamcha, who is initially a highway robber. Bulma's father is a complete genious so there is little doubt where Bulma has got her hi-tech abilities from. In DragonBall she is one of the most important characters as she is responsible for many inventions such as the Dragon Radar, which detects the special rays that flow from the dragonballs, enabling the user to track them down.
