Dragon Balls

Japanese: Doragon Boru

The Dragon Balls are seven crystalized spheres with red stars on each one. Shenron is the dragon that is summoned from them when they are collected together. Shenron can grant any wish as long as it does not exceed the power of its creator and as long as the creator still lives. If the creator dies the Dragon Balls turn to stone and are useless. In the case of the Earth's Dragon Balls, Kami is the creator.

Summoning Rules

~ must gather all seven Dragon Balls
~ must say, 'Come out, Shenron, and grant my wish'
~ one wish per summoning
~ the Dragon Balls turn to stone and scatter after each use
~ the Dragon Balls don't return to their crysal-like stage until 1 year after the last summoning
~ Shenron can't grant a wish more powerful then his creator, Kami
~ can't revive a group of people of the same criteria
~ can't revive someone that died of natural causes
~ a person can only be revived once
