Sent on a mission to find 7 artifacts of unlimited power, Kurama is made to work with another kitsune, this one a girl. He and the rest of the Urameshi team try to befriend her, but for some reason she doesn't respond, but keeps herself distanced and cold. Not knowing what to do, Kurama sets off on the journey determined to crack her walls and make her see that he loves her. But then he makes a mistake, one he cannot undo.
