Only You Kagome

Inuyasha sits by the well waiting for Kagome. Unfortunately, Kagome is making lunches at her era. Kagome brefily makes lunch for her friends. "Sure you don't need my help Kagome?" Her Mom asked. With a concerned look on her face while drinking her tea. "No mom I'm perfectly fine." she replied. She drops her mixing spoon making it dirty. She quickly picked it up and rinsed it. While her omlet is cooking without her knowing it's been over cooked. "AH! My omlet!" She yelled. She quickly takes it out of the pan without mittens so she burns herself. "AH!" She screamed. Inuyasha has been outside walking towards the house when he heard her scream. "Thats Kagome!" He said concerned. He leaps into her window not seeing her there. So he runs downstairs and seeing her rinsing her finger. "Kagome! Whats wrong?" He asked. "Oh Inuyasha. It's nothing. I just burned my finger." He pulls her finger away from the sink and sniffs it a little. Smelling a burnt scent. He licks it. "What are you doing?" She asked as she pulled her hand away. Then realizing it doesn't hurt anymore. "Huh? It doesn't hurt anymore." She said shocked. "See, I know what I'm doing." He said with pride. "Thanks Inuyasha." said Kagome. Inuyasha sniffs the omlet. "Mmm. That smells good. What is it?" He asked. "Sigh. Your such a dog." said Kagome. "Grr. I'm a dog-demon stupid! Doesn't mean I'm an actual dog. So don't call me one!" He smirked a "Feh" after. Kagome's family is just staring with fear. "Hmph! now that you said that you don't get any! I'll just give it to Shippo!" She yelled back with anger all over her face. "Feh! Don't bother to come!" Said Inuyasha while showing himself out the door. Kagome follows Inuyasha to shut the door behind him. After he walks outside turning to Kagome she says, "And when I said your a dog a meant it in a good way stupid!" Then she slammed the door while saying "SIT BOY!" hearing him slam to the ground. "GRR!" She said in anger while walking upstairs to her room. She walks in, slams the door and seeing Inuyasha stainding in her room. "What do you want?" Kagome said a little loudly. Inuyasha has sorrow in his face. Knowing he always makes Kagome mad and sad at the same time. He slowly walks to Kagome holding her in embrace. "Grr, what are you doing?" said Kagome with no sence that Inuyasha is sorry. "I'm sorry Kagome." She gasps a little. When she heard the three words she thought she'd never hear from him, she wrapped her arms around him as well. "Please Kagome. I want you to come back with me, forever." said Inuyasha. Kagome lets out a quiet gasp and ends the embrace. "In-." She was interupted when Inuyasha put his finger on her lips. And slowly brings his face to hers. Kissing Kagome. The longest kiss ever. They both leave eachothers lips gasping for breath. Inuyasha guides Kagome to her bed. Laying in bed with Kagome's head laying on Inuyasha's chest. Kagome about to fall asleep, quietly says, "I love you Inuyasha." Inuyasha hears the words of Kagome and slowly says, "I love you Kagome." Then they both fall asleep.

~They slept the rest of the day and when Inuyasha wakes he noticed it was the next moring~

Inuyasha tries not to move too much so he will not wake Kagome. "Morning already?" He asked himself. Kagome tosses and turns a couple of times, then slowly opens her eyes and blinks a lot of times 'cause of the sun shinning through. Kagome slowly gets up and waits for Inuyasha to sit up. "Inuyasha, we should get going, the others maybe wondering why we havent returned yet." said Kagome. "Feh, who cares. Maybe Sango and Miroku can finally be alone too. Like us." said Inuyasha while gazing into Kagome's eyes. "Well, if-" she was interupted by Inuyasha saying, "Did anyone tell you that you have the most beautiful eyes?" he asked curiously. She was blushing cherry red until she became more confident. "Yea, just now." she said being a smart-ass. Inuyasha sniffs for a moment, then remembers the scent. "I think your mom is making that yellow stuff you were making yesterday." he stated. "Oh that's called an omlet." she replied. He sniffs a little more. "Mmm, smells better than I remember." said Inuyasha. Kagome gave Inuyasha a smile. "I'm gonna shower. You wait in here m'kay?" said Kagome as she stands away from her bed. Inuyasha nods and sits in a diffrent position. Kagome looks in her closet for new clothes to wear for the normal days. Because it's summer vacation. And what's better than spending it with Inuyasha? NOTHING! She finds a dicent outfit and opens her room door when Buyro runs in. Inuyasha's lucky day to mess with the cat. Kagome walked out and went in the shower. Sota walked in and saw that Inuyasha was playing with the cat. "Oh, hey Inuyasha." said Sota walking in. "Hey. Whachya got there in your hands?" he asked. "Oh, it's a board game. Wanna play?" Sota asked. Inuyasha had a puzzled look on his face. Wondering. "What's a board game?" Inuyasha asked as he stood up. "It's a game you play on a board, I guess." with a sweat drop going down his head. "Hmm." said Inuyasha still puzzled. Inuyasha still remembers what Sota asked him. "Nah. I don't wanna play." he finally replied sitting down playing with Buyro. Kagome walks in with a towel covering her. "Sota, you two have to get out. I have to change." said Kagome still walking in her room. "Okay sis." said Sota running out of her room. Inuyasha stands and goes out her window. Kagome isnt too confindent Inuyasha being out there. So she closes her curtains. 'Privacy' she said in her head. She quickly gets dressed wearing a pink blouse with blue jeans. She finishes and she opens the curtains and window. Seeing Inuyasha standing infront of the tree. 'Does he still think about Kikyo?' she thought to herself. She decided to go downstairs and meet him outside. She slowly walks behind him. She wraps her arms around Inuyasha startling him. Then he relaxes and places his hands on hers. "Tell me Inuyasha, do you still think about Kikyo?" she asked with hesatation. He also hesatated. "Damnit Kagome. You still think I love Kikyo? No I don't." He turned to her and started to embrace her. "I was thinking about us, about you." he finished, "Only you Kagome, only you." A stroke of wind blew, blowing flowers out of the tree. One landed on Kagome's head. Making them both look into eachothers eyes. Kagome sees golden eyes with confindence. Inuyasha sees brown/grey beautiful eyes, "Such beautiful eyes." he said. "Such handsome eyes." she said. Inuyasha reached down to her lips, imagining what sweet sorrow, her lips have.
