The Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America
and Rescue

Coming from the welsh word for "dwarf" Corgi's are by far great compainions, herding/tracking dogs, as well as loyal and obediant (and when you can get them off their duffs they're good at agility too) no matter what you're looking for a Corgi can fill almost any position. To learn more on the Pembroke Welsh Corgi than we can teach you please visit the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America homepage

and remember, like a child, these dogs are a commitment not a spur of the moment decision to be rushed into, and if you do not feel you have the means to care for a dog please do not get one.

If you don't feel you have the money to invest in a purbred animal please keep in mind that there are many caring and loving animals waiting to be rescued in shelters.

If you live in the Ohio Valley area please consult the PWC rescue http://ohiovalleycorgi.org/rescuepage.htm

For a more wider scale rescue search please see the PWCCA official rescue page http://pwcca.org/rescue.html
