WTF?!
Okay, folks, let's face it. If you're a yaoi fan, and you're also an Inuyasha fan, it's more than likely that you've noticed these two. Maybe not in that picture, but certainly in others.
Ginta and Hakkaku have an adorably close relationship, which rates on fangirl-o-meters with anywhere from them being brothers to the two having a potential affection that goes beyond friendship. And who's to say that either speculation is incorrect?
It's images like this that usually bring up the "Are Ginta and Hakkaku gay? o_o" speculations. And that's not where it stops.
Concerned for Kouga's wellbeing and relieved to see he's going to be fine, Ginta and Hakkaku collapse in a heap of tiredness. It's kind of interesting that they fall on top of one another.
People have speculated their relationship as packly closeness or the possibility that maybe they're from the same "litter", and pictures like this could very well mean just that. But it could also mean something else.
In case anyone's wondering, they spent about three minutes doing this in the background of this scene. It was kind of funny.
And, of course, out of pure fear, the two panic and cling. They've done it on other occasions too. It leads one to wonder about the true nature of their relationship. Well, it has me, anyway.
Yeah, you know the drill.
But anyway... speculations. As previously stated, a lot of people think Ginta and Hakkaku are brothers. This is actually not unlikely at all. It's quite possible they're siblings (although they look absolutely nothing alike o_O), and they just don't say it. That would account for how closely the two stick together when they're following Kouga.
Then, there's THAT speculation. The one that you will either hiss and cringe away from in terror or, like me, squeal at the cuddly cuteness while clapping your hands together in sparkly-eyed glee. Are Ginta and Hakkaku... gay?
This is oddly looked over, but this could be because they're just side-characters. Me, I think it's cute. Of course, I've developed a following with my Ginta & Hakkaku fic "Nowhere to Run". How many of them do you think would run screaming if I had Ginta kiss Hakkaku on the cheek or something? X3
But really, either one of these is totally up to speculation. It could just be the infamous pack mentality... that the pack is your family and you keep to your pack.
Whatever your notion, remember... with these two, nothing's wrong! Because no one knows anything about them! :D
