Digimon Frontier: Cherubimon Saga
Episode 1:
Japanese Name: 'The Legendary Warrior! Agnimon of Fire'
US Name: 'All Aboard'
It started out as an ordinary day for Takuya Kanbara. Awaiting a birthday party for his younger brother Shinya, Takuya receives a phone call from a mysterious woman. She offers him a chance to play a sort of "game" that will decide his destiny. Intrigued, he accepts and is told to hurry to the train station in Shibuya. Once there, he meets another boy in a bandana (Kouji). He's the silent type, though, and he provides little conversation with Takuya. Following the woman's directions, Takuya finds a vast underground train station with numerous trains about to depart. Takuya instinctively hops on one of the trains, the boy in the bandana boards another. Once on the train Takuya meets three other people; Junpei Shibayama, Izumi Orimoto, and Tomoki Himi. After talking for a while, the four of them discover that the train has taken them to a surreal world inhabited by odd creatures, and that their cell phones had changed into strange devices (Digivices). Exiting the train, they find that the train can speak (a Trailmon). The train tells them that they're in the Digital World and that they should look for the "Spirits" before departing again. The kids are unsure of what to make of this before Tomoki completely flips out and wants to try climbing the (very hazardous) train tracks back home. Takuya manages to calm him down a bit, but suddenly, explosions rip through the train station, as a Cerberumon is attacking it, also looking for the Spirit. Takuya tries to save Tomoki, but is flung down a hole in the process where he discovers the Legendary Spirit of Fire. The Spirit accepts Takuya, and he is able to evolve into Agnimon. After a fierce battle, he manages to defeat Cerberumon, absorbing his digi-code, before reverting back to normal…

Alright, the first episode of Digimon Frontier! I'll say it upfront; Saban did a MUCH better job dubbing this season than any of the ones previous. Now some might say it's not Saban that dubbed this, and technically it isn't; they changed their name to "Sensation Animation", but it was still the same people running the show, though I believe that the company was owned by Disney at this point also.
------------------------------------------------
Holy crap! They changed the theme song! It's not that "Digimon, Digital Monsters, Digimon are the Champions" crud that looped through the previous seasons. Still, it's nowhere near as good as "Fire", the Japanese theme song, but I'll give them credit for finally giving us something different. The evolution music is also changed. Only I'm not sure if that Donkey Kong jungle music is befitting for an evo theme. It's outright dull compared to "With the Will".
------------------------------------------------
Anyways, here are the starting name changes. Takuya retains his name, but the pronunciation is way off. The original pronounces it "TAH-ku-ya", while the dub pronounces it "Tuh-KOO-ya". Kouji's name is same, only spelled differently, "Koji". The others weren't as lucky:
Izumi was changed to Zoe
Junpei was changed to J.P.
Tomoki was changed to Tommy
As for the digimon in this episode, Agnimon is pronounced similarly; only it's officially spelled "Agunimon".

As for attack names:
Salamander Break >>> Pyro Tornado
Hell Fire >>> Emerald Blaze
Inferno Gate >>> Portals of Darkness
