Notes: Dr. Wily designed Bubbleman for underwater combat, emphasizing that with the fins and scuba mask. Even in the water however, Bubbleman is not very agile. He has a water cannon equipped on his arm, and the apparatus on his head fires the forceful Bubble Lead.
Strengths: Doesn't have much for strengths. He can swim, but not very quickly.
Weaknesses: Bubbleman’s buoyancy is the result of a hollow chassis. It can be pierced easily with bladed weapons, such as the Metal Blade, Quick Boomerang, or Shadow Blade.
