Notes: Cloudman's chassis is equipped with powerful weather-controlling equipment. He is able to create wind, rain, and lightning strikes in the blink of an eye. His light frame is also equipped with a hover device.
Weaknesses: Cloudman needs his cloud to stay afloat. You can damage him heavily by blowing or burning the cloud away with bombs or fire.
