Notes: Cutman was originally built as a logging robot by Dr. Light. The large shears on his head can be thrown and can cut through hard wood and metal alike. There's not much else to him, as he's an early model of Dr. Light's.
Strengths: Cutman has a light frame, making him rather agile.
Weaknesses: Cutman has varying weaknesses depending on what game he appears in. In the first Megaman game, he's weak against the Super Arm; this makes sense, since a large and heavy weapon can easily crush the scissors on his head, making him more vulernable. Similarly, weapons with a lot of power can break them, such as the Leaf Shield in Power Battle or Slash Claw in the Power Fighters. They are also succeptable to extreme heat, which would explain his weakness to Fire Storm.
